Statistical Analysis on the Major Problems of Meteorological Modernization Construction Occurred in Meteorological Departments at County Level

From 2013 to 2015,Personnel Department of CMA and CMA Training Centre organized the Branches of Hebei,Anhui,Hubei,Hunan,Sichuan,Xinjiang,Liaoning,as well as the Traning Center of Shanxi and Shanxi to carry out the second round of comprehensive quality training for the chiefs of county meteorological bureaus in China. During the training in rotation,the students were required to supply an urgent specific problem to be solved in their work,which focused the prominent problems on promoting the meteorological modernization at county level. At the end of training in rotation,the students brought 2039 problems. This paper sorts all problems,hackles the main problems that meteorological departments at the county level faced in meteorological modernization construction,and puts forward the main aspects worth notice.
