Abstract
In this paper,we use the data of 156 stations' summer daily precipitation from 1961 to 2012 in eastern Northwest China(32 ~ 40°N,100 ~ 110°E),and the Qinghai Tibet Plateau's 70 site of the ground heat observation data form 1982 to 2012. Using the method of EOF、correlation analysis to discuss the temporal and spatial variation of northwest eastern China summer rainfall and the Qinghai Tibet Plateaus surface sensible heat in late winter and early spring(2 ~ 4 months). Discussing the response of summer precipitation eastern Northwest China to the Qinghai Tibet Plateau in late winter and early spring surface sensible heat anomaly. Through the analysis of the circulation field discusses the Tibetan Plateau sensible heat of summer precipitation in Northwest Eastern influence factors.
