Leshan Objective Forecasting System of Cold Wave and Analysis

This article introduced the principle of “Leshan forecasting system of cold wave based on EC products";Carried out a detailed analysis on the use effect、forecast accuracy and error in October 2005 to April 2014。Compared with man-prediction and forecasting tools on forecast accuracy. The results show that this forecasting system has good usability and effective-ness, helps to improve forecasting ability of strong cooling process.
