Progress in Impacts of Different Hygroscopic Aerosols on Cloud and Precipitation

  • The interaction of aerosol、cloud and precipitation is one of the most attractive fields in atmospheric research. As CCN,GCCN and IN of cloud, the comprehensive impacts of aerosols on cloud properties and precipitation are given firstly. And then, aerosols were classified as two kinds based on their hygroscopic:one is hygroscopic aerosol (including sulfate,sea-salt,nitrate,ammonium salt, some hygroscopic organic principles),and the other is non-hygroscopic aerosol (including dust and black carbon、some organic principles). As the key issue of this study,we paid close attention to the different influences of sulfate,sea-salt,dust and black carbon on cloud and precipitation, and detailed the special work ways of each one's compared with others. Finally, some deficiencies of previous studies are discussed for future researches.
