Study on Rainstorm and Flood Disaster Risk Zoning of Leshan Based on GIS Technology

  • Based on the historical data of meteorological observation,the natural,social and economic,disaster prevention in Leshan,combined the technology of flood risk assessment and GIS,an assessment model which affected the flood risk in Leshan was builded.The risk of flood hazard-form factors,sensitivity of flood hazard-breeding circumstance,vulnerability of flood hazard-bear circumstance,and capacity of flood hazard resistant were quantitatively analyzed.The integrative estimate indexes which affected the flood risk in Leshan were calculated.And then the flood risk areas zoning map in Leshan was drew.The results showed that part of areas in Leshan Downtown,Wutongqiao,Shawan,Emei and Jiajiang were the highest flood risk regions;the lowest risk regions were most areas in Jinkouhe,Ebian and Mabian.
