Analysis of Climate Change Characteristic from 1963 to 2012 in Gansu Province

Based on the monthly temperature and precipitation data in Gansu from 1963 to 2012,the climate change trend was analyzed by using linear fitting method,departure analysis and climate abrupt change,and using arcGIS10.0 software,the temperature and precipitation anomaly spatial interpolation.The result showed that the average of temperature of Gansu increased with the rate of 0.3℃ /10a over recent 50 years.The average of precipitation descended obviously with the rate of 5.1mm /10a over recent 50 years.Especially in 1997,precipitation was only 191.3mm.Both of the average of temperature and precipitation had no abrupt change over recent 50 years.
