Analysis on the Features of Air Temperature and Precipitation Changes Features in the Xinlong Meteorological Station from 1960 to 2007

In order to promote the new socialist countryside work carrying out smoothly and understand the characteristic of changing climate, we take a statistical analysis of air temperature and precipitation which based on the data of Xinlong meteorological station from 1960 to 2007.The results are:The mean annual air temperature rising slightly trend and the lately ten years to maintain a high level;air temperature rising trend in winter, and in summer air temperature changes in the basic smooth;the mean annual air temperature had an obvious change in 15 years cycle.A slight increase in annual precipitation without obvious decadal and interdecadal change and the frequency of heavy precipitation increases, in recent years.
