西藏地区一次连续性降水天气过程的气象服务分析

Meteorological Service Analysis of a Continuous Precipitation Weather Process in Tibet

  • 摘要: 使用西藏地区74个气象观测站逐日降水资料,利用线性回归、相关系数等统计学方法对2020年9月21~25日降水特征、影响情况和气象服务开展等方面进行了归纳和总结。结果表明:(1)此次强降水过程出现在藏东北地区,聂拉木、安多、丁青三站出现暴雨;(2)气象部门对这次连续性降水天气过程,做到了早预报、早预警、早服务,加强了部门联动,取得了明显的气象防灾减灾效益。(3)在以后的决策气象服务中,应做好精准的预报预警和各部门联动,通过加强队伍建设和对各民族同胞的气象科普工作,做到让决策者信任、让民众满意,更好地履行气象部门主体职责,做好当地的气象服务工作。

     

    Abstract: Based on the daily precipitation data of 74 meteorological stations in Tibet, the precipitation characteristics, influence and meteorological service development from 21 to 25 September 2020 were summarized and summarized by using statistical methods such as linear regression and correlation coefficient. The results showed that: (1) The heavy rainfall process appeared in the northeast of Tibet, and rainstorm occurred at Nielam, Ando and Dingqing stations. (2) With early warning and early service for this continuous precipitation weather process, the linkage of different departments was strengthened, and achieved obvious meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation benefits. (3) The accurate forecasting and early warning and the linkage of various departments should be done in future decision-making meteorological service. Through strengthening team building and meteorological science popularization work for all ethnic compatriots, the meteorological department will perform the main duties better and do a good job in local meteorological services.
