Abstract: The thesis mainly analyzes the meteorlogical elements of the severe frozen weather from mid-January to early-February in Zunyi city.The passage compares it with the frozen weather in the past from three aspects:the time the frozen lasts, the longest time the glaze lasts, and the frozen index, and then I get the result that the frozen weather in the year of 2008 breaks the records.The thesis also discusses the serious effect and loss of diaster on electricity, transportation, energy, agriculture and people's life.At last, the passage analyzes the causes of the severe weather.
