成都市大气污染对儿童呼吸系统疾病的影响

Relationship between Air Pollutant and Children Respiratory Disease in Chengdu

  • 摘要: 利用成都市金牛区妇幼保健院2014年1~7月的儿童呼吸系统疾病病例,与同期环境监测资料、气象资料进行分析。结果表明,气象条件对大气污染有明显影响,在无降雨、风速小、能见度低的情况下,大气污染浓度高,空气质量差。大气污染对呼吸系统疾病发病有明显影响,且对下呼吸系统疾病发病的影响更为显著,大气污染对上呼吸系统疾病发病的影响具有2天的滞后性,而对下呼吸系统疾病的影响一般具有3天或7天的滞后性。大气污染物方面,PM10对上呼吸系统疾病发病有显著影响,而NO2、PM10、PM2.5和SO2对下呼吸系统疾病发病影响均呈显著正相关,其中SO2的影响最显著。

     

    Abstract: The clinic data are collected from a hospital in Chengdu,together with the environmental monitoring data and atmospheric data during that period to make statistical analysis.The results show that the meteorological conditions have obvious influence on air pollution,in the absence of rainfall,wind speed is small,low visibility conditions,air pollution concentration is high,the air quality is poor.Air pollution has obvious effect on respiratory disease,and the effect of lower respiratory disease incidence is more remarkable.The impact of air pollution on upper respiratory disease has two days of lag,and the impact of lower respiratory disease generally have three or seven days lag.To upper respiratory disease,the impact of PM10is most remarkable.The effects of NO2,PM10,PM2.5and SO2on the lower respiratory disease are significantly positive correlation,among which the most remarkable effect of SO2
