林芝机场低空风的垂直切变特征及其对飞行安全的影响

Statistical Analysis on the Low Level Windshear and Its Impacts on the Flight Safety at Nyingchi Airport

  • 摘要: 为了解林芝机场低空风的垂直切变特征及其对飞行安全的影响,利用林芝机场风廓线雷达资料,计算林芝机场低空风的垂直风切变,讨论了中度及以上风切变的时空分布特征。分析发现,林芝机场低空风切变频繁出现,严重影响林芝机场的飞行安全。林芝机场强顺风垂直切变出现频率为1.0%,严重顺风垂直切变为0.2%,最大顺风垂直切变13.4m/s/30m。强侧风垂直切变出现频率为1.9%,严重侧风垂直切变为0.6%,最大侧风垂直切变16.0m/s/30m。林芝机场低空强垂直切变对起降航班的威胁具有明显的日变化与季节变化特征,强垂直切变主要出现在各个季节的下午及傍晚,8月较弱。

     

    Abstract: To better understand the Low level vertical windshear’s impacts on the civil aviation safety,a statistical analysis is applied on the Low level windshearanditsimpacts on the flight safety at Nyingchi airport,based on the wind observation.Highly frequentwindshearis recognized as a significant fact threatening the flight safety at this airport.The annualfrequency is 1.1% ,for the strong intensitytailwindshear,0.3% for the severe intensity tail windshear,and the maximum tailwindshear10.1m/s/30m; the annual frequency is 2.2%for thestrongintensitycrosswind shear,0.6%for the severe crosswind shear,and the maximum crosswind shear 22.2 ms-1.The high frequency and intensity of strong windshear mainly occur in the afternoon of all season,and relatively low frequency and intensity occur in August.
