Abstract: This paper introduces the monitoring system of meteorological database,which is designing and implementation by the long-term maintenance process,according to the work experience.The design purpose of this system is reducing the working pressure of the staff who is maintenaceing the database system.Making sure the maintenance staff can find the hidden trouble and problems in the first time.This system is development by the C#language in the VS2008,at the same time combined with object oriented programming philosophy and uses multi-thread technology.
