Abstract: Through the actual case to develop the operational processes of the risk assessment of lightning disaster,and analysed the region point to combining theory with practice.In advance estimated for the many risk factors,thus proposed that scientific reasonable to lightning protection measures and the guidelines,to reduce the lightning disasters in the most possibility to defense and reduce the loss of lightning disasters.Protecting people's life and properly and public safety and the purposes is to promote the economic and social in the way of sustainable development.
