基于GIS技术的青神县秋绵雨风险区划

Risk Zonation of Autumn Rain Based on GIS in Qingshen County

  • 摘要: 根据1966~2009年眉山市所有县(区)、与青神毗邻的乐山市3个县(区)的降水资料,综合青神县10个镇(乡)的人口、耕地、水系等要素,利用自然灾害风险指数方法及秋绵雨灾害风险评价模型,基于GIS技术,求算出秋绵雨风险指数,并绘制青神县秋绵雨风险区划图。结果表明青神县秋绵雨灾害高风险区主要位于罗波乡的西部、汉阳镇西部边界。次高风险区位于罗波乡中部、汉阳镇中西部、西龙镇西部边界,以及岷江流域、思蒙河和官厅水库。

     

    Abstract: With rainfall data from 1966 to 2009 of all counties of Meishan and of three counties,adjacent to Qingshen,of Leshan,and data about population,agricultur-al acreage,rivers of 10 villages and towns in Qingshen,using methodology of natural disaster risk index and models of disaster risk assessment for autumn rain of west China,the risk indexes are calculated and risk zoning maps for autumn rain of west China are drawn based on geographic information system.The results indicate that the highest risk zone in Qingshen of autumn rain of west China is the western areas of the village Luobo and western border of the town Hanyang,The sub-highest risk zone is middle areas of Luobo,western and middle areas of Hanyang,western border of the town Xilong,river basin of the Minjiang River,Simeng river and Guanting reservoir
