青藏高原东坡一座生态优异四季舒适的城市——雅安市生物气象指标和生态质量气象评价

摘要: 本文基于较详尽的资料,计算了雅安市的酷热指数(HI),寒冷指数(CI),人体舒适度气象指数(BCMI)等小气候对人体影响的生物气象指标。进行了雅安市小气候对人体影响的生物气象指标评价,利用月平均BCMI等级数据,将雅安市的生态旅游气候资源和国内部分著名旅游城市进行了比较。并利用2007年资料,在四川省背景中进行了雅安市生态质量气象评价。结果表明:(1)雅安市全年属于“大部分人感觉舒适”的气候区。(2)雅安市一年内“旅游舒适期”和“旅游最舒适期”分别高达210~270d和120~180d,“旅游最舒适期”主要在夏季。(3)与国内部分重要旅游城市比较,在全国范围内雅安市属于具有最优气候地区之一。(4)雅安市的生态质量是四川省最好的,在全国也属于最好地区之一。Abstract: This paper calculated the hot index (HI), cool index (CI), body comfort meteorology index (BCMI) and other the impact of climate on human bio-meteorological indicators in Ya'an.Comparing the ecotourism climate resources of Ya'an and the other well-known tourist cities, according to the meteorological assessment of ecological quality of Ya'an in 2007, the main results are as follows:1) The climate in Ya'an is very comfortable to most people.2) the "comfort period for traveling" and "the most comfortable period for traveling" in Ya'an were reach to 210~270d and 120~180d, the most comfortable period is mainly in summer.3) Comparing with the other major tourist cities in China, Ya'an City is the best ecotourism climate city.4) The ecological quality of Ya'an is the best in Sichuan, and one of the best in the China.
