地面气象站数据要素级监控报警系统的设计与开发

Design and Development of the Element-level Monitoring and Alarm System for Ground Meteorological Station

  • 摘要: 针对雅安地面气象站观测数据,研发出一套要素级监控报警系统并进行业务检验。结果表明:该系统以提升数据质量可用性为目的,通过调研分析地面气象观测站运行中各定量要素可能存在的错误或异常信息,结合区域气候特征制定异常判定标准,对观测值进行检验并生成疑误告警信息,利用“阿里钉钉”、“天镜集中告警平台”(企业微信)向业务人员发送,同时完成日志记录;从数据获取、分析到异常判定、信息发送、日志记录,该系统不仅实现无人值守的全自动化运行(不增加业务人员工作量),而且把疑误数据的发现时间从几天缩短到24 h内,还将数据可用率从2002年的98.65%提升到2024年的99.92%。

     

    Abstract: According to the observation data of Ya 'an ground meteorological station, an element-level monitoring and alert system was developed and tested. The results show that the system aims to improve the availability of data quality. Through the investigation and analysis of the possible errors or abnormal information of each quantitative element in the operation of the ground meteorological observation station, the abnormal judgment criteria are formulated in combination with the regional climate characteristics, and the observation values are tested and generated. The false alarm information is sent to the business personnel by using ' Ali Dingding ' and ' Skyscope Centralized Alarm Platform ' (Enterprise WeChat), and the log record is completed at the same time. From data acquisition, analysis to anomaly determination, information transmission, and log recording, the system not only realizes unattended full-automatic operation (without increasing the workload of business personnel), but also shortens the discovery time of suspicious data from a few days to within 24 hours, and also increases the data availability from 98.65 % in 2002 to 99.92 % in 2024.
