气象综合业务实时监控配置管理系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Integrated Real-Time Monitoring and Configuration Management System for Meteorological Operations

  • 摘要: 气象综合业务实时监控系统(简称“天镜”)是国省统一建设的气象业务集中监控平台,包含610余种气象数据和20余个气象核心业务系统的集中监视,但由于业务多样性特征和监控差异化需求,原监控配置接入需要单独定制开发,缺乏统一接入流程和配置信息共享功能,不仅实现周期长,配置管理页面风格迥异,配置参数也难免冗余。因此,设计并实现了基于React+antd和SpringBoot+mybatis框架技术的“天镜”总控配置管理系统,使其具备监控配置模板通用、参数注册公有化、以及监控配置管理页面自动构建能力,支撑国省“天镜”气象数据、核心业务的监控配置管理,协助气象数据及核心业务实现快速监控,接入周期从2周可缩短至2天,业务效益显著提高。同时,考虑国省气象业务监控配置的一致性与特殊性,设计配置分权管理功能,并对重点业务监控配置采用md5安全技术进行加密。

     

    Abstract: The Integrated Real-Time Monitoring Platform for Meteorological Operations (referred to as “Tianjing”) is a centralized monitoring platform for meteorological business built by the national and provincial governments, which includes more than 610 types of meteorological data and more than 20 meteorological core business systems for centralized monitoring. However, due to the diversity of business characteristics and the need for monitoring differentiation, the original monitoring configuration access needs to be customized and developed separately, lacking a unified access process and configuration information sharing function, which not only has a long implementation cycle, but also has different configuration management page styles and it is inevitable that the configuration parameters will be redundant. Therefore, the “Tianjing” overall control configuration management system based on React+antd and SpringBoot+mybatis framework technology has been designed and implemented, which has the ability to universal monitoring configuration templates, public parameter registration, and automatic construction of monitoring configuration management pages. It supports the monitoring configuration management of national and provincial “Tianjing” meteorological data and core businesses, assists in rapid monitoring of meteorological data and core businesses, and the access cycle can be shortened from 2 weeks to 2 days, the business efficiency is significantly improved. At the same time, considering the consistency and specificity of national and provincial meteorological business monitoring configurations, the configuration decentralization management function is designed, and the key business monitoring configuration is encrypted by md5 security technology.
