以成渝三场为例的区域机场群层级天气复盘模型初探

Preliminary Study on the Regional Airport Group Weather Review Model Taking Three Airports in Chengdu and Chongqing as an Example

  • 摘要: 成渝机场群协同运行和航班常态化高位运行都对气象预报精准度和气象服务精细度提出了更高要求。本文通过研究区域机场群重要天气复盘的流程和路径,构建了一个以雷雨天气为要素的成渝机场群复盘模型,从气象信息、通行能力、航班量运量等方面综合设计了复盘关键指标、复盘等级评估模型及方法和复盘模式,建立了快速复盘、技术复盘、联合复盘层级机制,探讨了层级复盘模型在业务运行中的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: The coordinated operation of the Chengdu-Chongqing Airport Cluster and the regular high-level operation of flights have put forward higher requirements for the accuracy of meteorological forecasts and the refinement of meteorological services. In this paper, the process and path of important weather conditions review in the regional airport cluster are explored, and a review model for the Chengdu-Chongqing Airport Cluster focusing on thunderstorm weather is constructed. The key replay indicators, replay evaluation models and methods, as well as replay modes are comprehensively designed from aspects such as meteorological information, traffic capacity, and flight volume and transport volume. Furthermore, a hierarchical replay mechanism of rapid replay, technical replay, and joint replay is established. The application value of hierarchical replication model in business operation is discussed.
