红心猕猴桃着色气象条件研究

Study on Meteorological Conditions of the Coloring of Red Kiwifruit

  • 摘要: 为定量化评估气象条件对红心猕猴桃着色品质的影响,以四川省内主要猕猴桃产区红心猕猴桃为研究对象,通过试验采样、实地调研、回归分析、对比分析等方法进行红心猕猴桃着色气象条件研究。结果表明:红心猕猴桃着色与其所处的小气候环境因子密切相关,大棚内、海拔650 m以上、环境通透性好、套袋的红心猕猴桃果肉着色更好。气温日较差达13.9 ℃及以上,日最低气温低于21.6 ℃时将更有利于其着色。

     

    Abstract: In order to quantitatively evaluate the influence of meteorological conditions on the coloring quality of red kiwifruit, the red kiwifruits in the main kiwifruit producing areas in Sichuan province are selected, and the climate conditions of kiwifruit coloring are studied by means of experimental sampling, field investigation, regression analysis and comparative analysis. The results show that: The coloring of red kiwifruit and microclimate environment factors are closely related. Coloring of red kiwifruit in greenhouse, above 650 m, with good environmental permeability and bagging is better. When the daily temperature range is 13.9 ℃ and above, and the minimum daily temperature is less than 21.6 ℃, it is conducive to coloring.
