  • 摘要: 利用阿坝州13个国家级地面气象观测站的常规气象观测资料、 NECP逐6h再分析资料,对阿坝州2020年3月15日20时~16日20时区域性大雪天气过程进行研究,分析了其环流背景特征,并对其强降雪和强降温成因进行了探讨。结果表明:此次过程的主要影响系统是长时间维持的500 hPa切变线和600 hPa低涡及切变辐合系统,且高低层系统之间配合较好;地面冷空气对降温及降雪强度的增强有重要作用;强降雪是在配合较好的高低层天气系统,较好的上升运动和相对湿度,持续较长时间的水汽输送和水汽辐合,一定强度的入侵冷空气以及适宜的温度条件下形成的;强降温是在前期基础温度较高的前提下,在一定强度冷空气及持续降雪的配合下产生的。

     

    Abstract: Based on the conventional high altitude and surface meteorological observation data of 13 national surface meteorological observation stations in Aba and the 6-hour reanalysis data of NECP, this paper analyzes the regional heavy snow weather process in Aba from 20:00 on March 15 to 20:00 on March 16, 2020, finds out its circulation background characteristics, and discusses the causes of strong snowfall and strong cooling. It is concluded that the main influence systems of snowfall weather in this process were the 500 hPa shear line maintained for a long time and the 600 hPa low vortex and shear convergence system, and the cooperation between the high-level and low-level systems was good. At the same time, the ground cold air played an important role in cooling and snow intensity enhancement. Strong snowfall was formed under the conditions of good cooperation with high-level and low-level weather system, good upward movement and relative humidity, long-lasting water vapor transport and water vapor convergence, certain intensity of invading cold air and appropriate temperature. The strong cooling was produced under the premise of high basic temperature in the early stage, combined with a certain intensity of cold air and continuous snowfall.
