Abstract: Based on the lightning location data of five counties (cities and districts) in Neijiang City from 2009 to 2018, combined with the social and economic data and basic geographic information data of the administrative region with townships and streets in Neijiang City, 11 evaluation indexes are determined for comprehensive analysis from three aspects of the hazard of disaster-causing factors, the exposure degree of disaster-affected bodies and the vulnerability of disaster-affected bodies by using the risk index method, GIS natural breakpoint method and weighted comprehensive evaluation method. With the support of GIS technology, the lightning disaster risk analysis and evaluation of Neijiang City are carried out, and the lightning disaster risk zoning map of Neijiang City is prepared, so as to provide reference for the construction and development of the city and the industrial layout.
