Abstract: In this paper,the status quo of the development and protection policies for climate resources in China and Sichuan Province is summarized.In addition,the existing problems in development and protection policies for climate resources in Sichuan Province are also discussed.Finally,the suggestions for strengthening the construction of meteorological standards system and law enforcement system are proposed,which is beneficial to improve the laws and regulations system for the development and protection of climate resources.
