高原山地短临预警预报系统的设计与构建

Design and Construction of Short-term Forecasting and Nowcast Warning System in Plateau and Mountain Area

  • 摘要: 高原山地地区由于其特殊的地形地貌与雷达资料障碍问题,利用SWAN系统的本地化建立强对流天气的短临预报系统非常困难。本项研究以西藏高原地区为例,基于MICAPS和SWAN系统平台的特征,考虑目前气象台站预报员对计算机分析预报系统的使用习惯,利用现有卫星遥感资料、自动站资料、闪电定位资料和常规气象要素等观测资料,以及已研制的有关西藏地区天气学模型、动力统计诊断指标和经验预报模型等,设计构建了西藏地区短临天气预警预报系统,通过VB语言环境实现了能集成MICAPS和SWAN系统的信息分析功能、适合西藏地区短临天气预警预报的实用系统。本项研究的系统集成思路将为不同区域气象预警预报系统的本地化和区域化提供有益的探索思路和实现技术,具有重要的实践指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Due to the special landform and the problem on obstacles of radar data in Plateau and mountainous regions,it is very difficult to utilize the localization of SWAN system establishing the severe convective weather of short-time forecasting and nowcasting system. By taking Tibet plateau area as an example,based on the characteristic of MICAPS and SWAN system platform,considering the habit of employees to use the system in computer analysis and forecast of current meteorological stations,Utiliz the database about the satellite remote sensing data,automatic meteorological station data,lightning location data and routine meteorological elements of observation data,and the models about synoptic model,dynamic-statistical diagnosis index and empirical forecast model in the region of Tibet.It has design of the practical system which can realize the integration of information analysis function of MICAPS and SWAN system on the VB language environment and being suitable for the Tibet of short-time forecasting and nowcast warning.Ideas of system integration on this system will provide a beneficial exploration ideas and implementation techniques for the regionalization and localization of meteorological warning and forecast system in different areas.Also,it has important practical guiding significance.
